The charm of the Eben Haëzer resides in a combination of excellent sailing properties and attractive living room fitted with a bar and beer tap. The skipper, Jan Feenstra, knows how to perfect those features of the vessel further and further, and is an excellent host.
The four large sleeping cabins are fitted with washbasins, storage area and good ventilation. In 2001 the vessel has celebrate its 100th anniversary. What is striking about this Groningen zeetjalk is the depth of the hold, which gives an unbelievable sense of space below deck.
